Two ways to use RAUM AI

Copilot Mode keeps your agents in control. RAUM drafts a complete, context-aware reply inside the Zendesk ticket composer. Your agent reviews, edits, and sends. Copilot usage is unlimited on every plan. Agent Mode runs fully in the background. When a ticket arrives, RAUM’s pipeline executes automatically — it looks up order data, checks your policies, and closes the ticket without any human involvement. Your team only sees the tickets that genuinely need attention. Agent Mode is metered by the number of automatic resolutions per month. You can run both modes simultaneously, using Agent Mode for well-understood ticket types and Copilot Mode for everything else.

Bring your own AI key

RAUM connects directly to your AI provider account — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and many others. You pay your provider at cost. RAUM never marks up what you spend on AI, and your customer data goes directly to the provider you choose.
