Create your account

Sign up at raum.am/onboarding. Choose your plan, connect your AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or others), and set up your Zendesk connection.

Install the Zendesk app

Install the RAUM AI app from the Zendesk Marketplace. The app adds an AI panel to every ticket editor and sidebar — no code required.

Configure and go live

Add your first procedure or guideline to teach RAUM your policies. Enable Copilot Mode for agent-assisted replies, or turn on Agent Mode to let RAUM close tickets automatically.

Two modes, one platform

Copilot Mode

RAUM AI drafts complete, context-aware replies inside the Zendesk composer. Your agents review, edit, and send — with full control over every response.

Agent Mode

RAUM AI closes tickets end-to-end in the background. Your team only sees the tickets that genuinely need a human.
