After you choose a product and plan, RAUM asks for the details used to create your user account and organization.

Account details

Enter:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work email
  • Company name
  • Password
Your company name identifies the new RAUM organization. You can manage organization settings after sign-in.

Password requirements

Your password must contain:
  • at least 8 characters;
  • at least one uppercase letter;
  • at least one lowercase letter; and
  • at least one number.
The browser validates these rules during onboarding, and the backend applies the same policy when the account is created. The signup form may offer an optional checkbox for product or marketing follow-up. This consent is not required to create an account. Before registration is complete, RAUM does not treat an unfinished signup as permission to send marketing email.

When is the account actually created?

RAUM stages the registration first. The organization and user account are finalized after you verify the email address. This staged flow lets RAUM validate the selected offer and safely carry the setup through steps such as Zendesk OAuth without creating an unverified organization first.

Email verification

RAUM sends a 6-digit code to the work email you entered.
1

Open the verification email

Check the inbox for the address you used during signup. If it is not visible, check the spam or junk folder as well.
2

Enter the 6-digit code

Return to the onboarding wizard and enter the code in the verification field.
3

Verify and create the organization

Submit the code. If it is valid, RAUM creates the account, organization, product entitlements, and the initial configuration collected during onboarding.
The verification code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, request a new code from the onboarding screen rather than repeatedly submitting the old one.

Zendesk OAuth and verification

If your signup includes AI Assistant and you choose Zendesk OAuth, the wizard can redirect you to Zendesk before verification is complete. RAUM preserves the pending signup state across that redirect. When Zendesk returns you to the onboarding page, the wizard resumes with the same selected product, plan, and staged registration. Sensitive provider credentials are not persisted in ordinary browser storage just to survive the OAuth redirect.

After verification

The next steps depend on your product:
  • AI Assistant or Both — continue through Zendesk triggers, Marketplace app installation, and optional Brand Voice setup.
  • AI Chatbot — sign in and complete the Chatbot setup checklist.
  • Both — finish the Assistant steps, then create the first Chatbot web channel after sign-in.

Finish AI Assistant setup

Configure Zendesk automation, the Marketplace app, and Brand Voice.

Finish AI Chatbot setup

Create a web channel, install the widget, and test it.
