The RAUM AI toolbar includes two writing assistance tools to help agents polish their replies before sending.

Grammar Check

Fixes grammar and spelling in the current composer text without changing your meaning, tone, or formatting. Handles up to 5,000 characters. When to use it: After writing a quick reply that might have typos or grammatical errors.

Write your reply

Type your response in the Zendesk reply composer.

Click Grammar Check

Click Grammar Check in the RAUM AI toolbar. The text is corrected in place.

Review and send

Check the corrected text and send when ready.

Rewrite

Rewrites the current composer text while keeping the same meaning. Useful for turning a rough or informal draft into a polished reply. When to use it: When you have the right answer but want the wording to sound more professional or on-brand.

Type your response — don’t worry about phrasing.

Click Rewrite

Click Rewrite in the RAUM AI toolbar. The text is rewritten in place.

Review and send

Read the rewritten version, make any final edits, and send.

Chat mode equivalents

In chat and messaging tickets, these features appear as:
